The stopping point
The SDK development candidate reached an environment-admission check, not an experiment. In the selected executor, Docker and Podman were unavailable through PATH and the standard locations checked; Windows Sandbox was absent at its checked location; WSL distribution enumeration returned Wsl/E_ACCESSDENIED. The required disposable isolation with network denial, empty credentials and resource controls was not established, so runtime stopped.
This is a bounded finding about those checks and that executor. It does not establish broad Windows incompatibility or an SDK defect. No denial was bypassed and no runtime, security setting or alternate access arrangement was changed.
What was achieved
The research worker preserved pinned source evidence and MIT notices, an unresolved environment manifest, and unexecuted oracle and launcher drafts. Syntax-only checks passed. During publication assessment, the original local packet matched its recorded archive hash; all 23 file checksums and eight recorded source-blob identities matched. These are preparation and byte-identity checks, not fresh upstream validation, executed fixtures or an independent clean rerun.
The reviewed public summary A-1 records the decision and limits. The status record retains unknown baseline and repair results. Raw private logs, machine details and the unvalidated launcher are not public downloads or recommended code.
What this means for the case
Zero SDK imports and zero runtime tests occurred. No baseline failure, repaired pass or checker control was observed. Independent reproductions, admitted executable benchmark cases and scores remain zero. The environment gate prevented an unsupported execution; it did not measure the proposed method's benefit or safety.
Dependencies remain visible
A later authorized admission would need an existing supported disposable executor with verified controls, exact interpreter/build artifacts, reviewed dependency closure and licenses, complete imported-fixture audit, and a reviewed protected oracle with a fixed hash. Intended baseline failure, repaired pass, exercised checker controls and separate clean verification would still have to follow. The release mapping, C-paper-2 text parity and G-2 conceptual model do not satisfy these runtime dependencies.
The full task 11 protocol and admission prerequisite remain the controlling method. This entry authorizes no runtime retry, installation or new access setup.
