Evidence and privacy

Show the method.
Keep its context.

A useful publication should let you understand what happened and what the result can support.

What the notes represent

Public notes are prepared from selected implementations, saved experimental records and reviewed working history. Each distinguishes the question, method, observations, limitations and next test. They are development notes and bounded studies, not peer-reviewed publications.

A test of a local control, a hosted AI output and a replay in a browser are different evidence types. Synthetic examples do not establish real-world deployment, measured customer savings or predictive validity.

How the work is developed

Haris Mekic defines problems, contributes operational context, directs AI-assisted research and implementation, and reviews the result. AI tools contribute code, analysis and drafts. Responsibility for publication remains with MEKreflect.

Role instructions and contextual procedures shape an AI worker’s task. They are not foundation-model training. Local adaptation experiments are a separate technical activity and require their own evaluation.

What stays private

Raw chat histories, internal databases, private financial records, application records, credentials and confidential client material are not published. Public case studies use minimized descriptions and synthetic records where appropriate.

Individual discussions, demonstrations and employment history do not imply corporate commissioning or endorsement. Research publications retain the scope and attribution of their underlying evidence.

Consultation and subscription records

Forms send the information you enter to a MEKreflect Cloudflare Worker. Requests and email interests are stored in Cloudflare D1 and are accessible through the owner’s authenticated Cloudflare account. They are not published or used as research data.

A consultation form collects your name, email, organisation, topic, message and consent. Email interest collects your email, optional name and consent. The response provides a private withdrawal code. Use it on the subscription page to delete the related submission, or contact info@mekreflect.com.

Consultation requests are retained for up to 180 days and pending email interests for up to 30 days. Short-lived anti-abuse records help limit repeated submissions. Cloudflare processes connection information for delivery and security. No advertising analytics script is used.

Consultation requests do not confirm an appointment. Email interests remain pending because email delivery is not yet configured. RSS is available without submitting personal details.
