# SDK fixture admission: blocked before runtime

18 October 2026 UTC · Task 11 · Public summary revision A-1

## Decision

Blocked / inconclusive at environment admission. The checked executor did not establish the required existing disposable isolation with denied outbound network, empty credentials and enforceable resource limits. The research task stopped before any SDK import or fixture/test execution.

Zero SDK imports, zero runtime runs, zero independent reproductions, zero admitted executable benchmark cases and zero performance scores. Baseline and repair behavior are unknown. This is an environment-admission finding, not an observed SDK failure or an efficacy result.

## Bounded observation

Docker and Podman were not available through PATH or the standard installation locations checked. Windows Sandbox was absent at its standard location. The existing WSL command returned Wsl/E_ACCESSDENIED when asked to enumerate distributions. These observations describe the selected execution environment and checks, not every possible installation or Windows computer.

No denial was bypassed, security setting changed, runtime installed, provider called or paid execution performed. No alternative execution environment was set up. No services were started for this admission attempt.

## Preparation retained

The research worker preserved the admission prerequisite, selected source and notice files, a source inventory, unresolved environment manifest and unexecuted oracle/launcher drafts. Its syntax-only checks passed. Syntax does not validate runtime behavior, isolation enforcement or cleanup. The drafts remain unvalidated and are not offered here as recommended code.

During publication assessment, the original evidence archive matched recorded SHA-256 e6afc5d9e15b14272beb9ba39d81fe8c11d09da5401e0153bf746854b1c03c59. All 23 listed packet-file checksums matched, and eight copied source/notice files matched their recorded Git blob IDs. This is byte-identity checking against the supplied inventory, not a fresh upstream source audit, complete dependency review or independent clean rerun.

The copied upstream source retains the OpenAI MIT notice in the private evidence packet. This public summary redistributes no upstream code, raw execution logs, machine identifiers, account details or launcher. Original MEKreflect editorial content remains copyright Haris Mekic. Full dependency and imported-fixture rights review remains open.

## Dependencies for a later admission

An authorized existing disposable executor must first demonstrate its isolation and resource controls. Exact interpreter/build artifacts, a reviewed minimal dependency closure and licenses, complete imported-fixture audit, and an authored, hashed, protected oracle remain prerequisites. Only a later authorized run could establish the intended baseline failure, repaired pass and checker controls, followed by separate verification. No runtime retry or new access setup is authorized by this summary.

The candidate remains the isolated parent 18de65134083ee8cbdb84ae30a34c1f30ef4cb86 and repair 3603dc92c90d0d9aebf382e6c0e7dbc6b22d430a. The source-level v0.22.1 release mapping and C-paper-2 document parity remain preparation evidence; they do not clear runtime admission.
