Global capability.
Local consequences.

Who can develop, access and direct AI matters. My political-science background connects these questions to institutions, public capacity and the decisions organisations can actually carry out.

Track the forces.
Study the constraints.

MEKreflect follows public research on model development, compute access, openness and adoption. Our contribution is to examine how these conditions affect the design of a working process, especially in institutions and smaller markets.

Research questions include dependence on external providers, language coverage, access to infrastructure and the ability to maintain local expertise. These are questions for evidence and comparison, not forecasts inferred from a small simulation.

Research agenda

Institutions and decision rights

Study how approvals, records, procurement requirements and responsibility affect what an AI worker may do.

Research agenda

Cross-border capability

Examine whether reusable procedures transfer across countries and languages without silently importing incompatible assumptions.
