The operating approach

Understand.
Build.
Carry it forward.

SOAP means Super Operations AI Procedures. It is the working method behind MEKreflect, connecting operational knowledge, shared context, role-based work and human judgement.

Not another isolated chat. A procedure that knows what came before and what the next role needs.

Context engineering is practical design. Which source is current? What can this role decide? What must it return? What happens when information conflicts? Those questions belong in the system, not in the memory of the person using it.

Coaching an AI worker means shaping its instructions, context, tools and review loop. It is distinct from changing the underlying model weights. The goal is a working method people can understand and improve.

01

Understand the work

Speak with the person responsible. Map the inputs, dependencies, exceptions and decision they need to make. Define a useful outcome before choosing tools.

02

Prepare the context

Identify permitted sources, versions, assumptions, deadlines, budget units and authority. Keep unknowns visible instead of filling gaps with plausible text.

03

Give each role a procedure

Specify the task, source boundary, tools, output structure and escalation route. Design the handoff around what the next person or AI worker actually needs.

04

Build and challenge

Direct AI-assisted implementation. Use deterministic code for calculations and controls. Test missing context, conflicting sources, repeated actions and genuine completion.

05

Review and record

Inspect the output against source evidence. Keep corrections, decisions and acceptance records. An approval belongs to the version that was reviewed.

06

Develop the people

Help another person brief, question and review the system. Evaluate accepted work, errors and review effort before expanding the scope.

Measure the
whole workflow.

A fast answer is not necessarily a better operation.

A supervised pilot should compare preparation, execution, corrections and accepted outputs. Track review effort, missed requirements, time to a useful result and the person’s ability to continue without the builder.
